Bernard Polge de Combret, is the former Deputy Chairman of Total S.E. (Paris), the largest European Company by Market Capitalization. He was also a member of the Group's Executive Board for 11 years. Bernard de Combret is a Board Member of Milio International DMCC (Dubai), a member of the International Advisory Board of Banco Santander (Madrid), a participant to the Oxford Energy Policy Club and to the Geneva Petroleum Club. He has been on the Board of several international public companies including AXA Re, CEPSA (Madrid), Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) (Atlanta), Banco Central Hispano (Madrid), Maurel & Prom (Paris), and Petrofac Ltd. (London). Prior to joining the oil industry, B. de Combret was a high civil servant in France, holding senior positions in the Ministry of Finance and in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. B. de Combret, French citizen, graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA) in Paris.

Wang Qi is President of CCBTFF Fund, the investment fund of China Construction Bank, the 5th largest bank in the world. Prior to this, Wang Qi was founder and Chairman of DPF Development Principles Group investing more than € 300 million across three investment funds with FMO, DEG, Proparco and Itochu as anchor investors. Preqin ranked DPF1 as the Top 2 fund by IRR in the Asia Pacific Region, returning 105% IRR, managed by a total of 22 employees across 9 regional offices and successfully delivering over 10 IPO's on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange such as China High Speed Transmission. Under the leadership of Wang Qi, DPF invested in the formation of ET Solar. Together with the former Chairman of SINOCHEM, Mr. Qi founded TITAN Titan Petrochemicals Group Ltd. and served as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for business development and investment projects. Mr. Qi was a Director of Chinney Alliance Group. In 2002, Mr. Qi served as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Titan Holdings (HK) Limited. As Managing Partner of Asian Capital Partners Ltd Mr. Qi was in charge of financial services for the European Development Banks operating in China. Mr. Qi also worked as Head of China Research for Deutsche Bank, CEF Brokerage, ING Barings, and Guotai Junan Securities. Mr. Qi serves as NonExecutive Director of NGC. He served as NonExecutive Director of China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co. guiidiung the firm through its succesful IPO. He is a Member of the International Institute for Strategic Studies in London. During his academic career, Mr. Qi was the Chairman of the Beijing University Student Council forming the basis of his future network. Upon graduation, he joined the Strategy Division in the Central Military Commission of the Chinese People Liberation Army and subsequently became research fellow for the China Center for International Studies under the State Council and Member of the US Atlantic Council. Mr. Qi holds a B.A. degree in International Affairs from Beijing University.
Dr. Michael Theim. J.D. is a practicing attorney-at-law with more than 30 years of profound transaction and management experience in hospitality development & finance,. Michaels management experience of hotel companies includes board and managing director positions at the largest German hotel chain, most recently as Executive board Member of Dorint AG and Accor Hospitality Germany GmbH (from 2002 to 2010).
Dr. Michael Theim (JD (Doctor Iuris) graduated with a PhD in Law from University Mainz., is admitted to the bar in Berlin and qualified for holding judicial office in Germany Dr. Michael Theim is an Independent attorney at law, specialising, among other fields, in the (commercial, legal and fiscal) structuring and realisation of property investments (focus: hotels) inside and outside Germany. He is and was an Investor in various hotel developments in Germany and other countries in Europe
Dr. August Hanning was the former State Secretary in the Federal Interior Ministry of the Federal Republic of Germany in Berlin from 2005 to 2009 and Director Federal Intelligence Service (BND) from 1998 to 2005.
In 1986 Dr. Hanning was at the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany (West Germany) to the German Democratic Republic (East Germany) in Berlin, joining the Federal Chancellery of German Chancellor Dr. Helmut Kohl in 1990. In 1996 he became the Director-General and responsible for the coordination of the German Intelligence Services. In 1998 he became the President of the German Secret Service BND (Bundesnachrichtendienst) and was promoted by Dr. Wolfgang Schauble to join him as State Secretary in the Federal Interior Ministry in 2005.
Dr. Hanning studied law in Münster (Westphalia) and Freiburg (Breisgau) in 1966.
Jan Kallmorgen Advisory Board - Head of Investor Relations
Jan graduated in History and Political Science from the Freie Universität Berlin and holds a Masters in International Relations from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. A committed Atlanticist, he a member of the American Council on Germany, a Young Leader at Atlantik-Bruecke and the BMW Foundation and speaks frequently at international conferences.
Ambassador Bitterlich joined Veolia Environment in 2003. He became a member of the Board of Administration of Veolia Environmental Services and of Veolia Transport (until 2011) and was appointed Executive Vice President International Affairs in Paris. In addition he was Chairman of Veolia Environment Germany from 2009 to 2012.
