EuroAtlantic offers comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, many years of experience on the financial markets and - together with its associated asset management partner  - cutting-edge execution in asset management for large-scale complex and diverse multi-tenant portfolios.

In our Real Estate Principal Investment Area (RPIA), EuroAtlantic invests in early stage and high-yielding development opportunities in real estate projects, with a particular focus on shopping centers and hotels focusing within core regional markets of the U.S.A. and Germany.

Our real estate operations' approach to investing is guided by some core investment principles, many of which are similar to our energy operation, including

​EuroAtlantic's real estate investments have been made in a variety of sectors, geographic locations and business climates. Our firm is constantly monitoring real estate markets to identify and develop the most promising investment themes based on asset class, geography or targeted groups of sellers. This allows us to develop expertise rapidly within special areas, to react quickly to potential opportunities, and to develop strong relationships with key partners in that area. Much of EuroAtlantic's success can be attributed to anticipating promising new investment themes before they become generally appreciated.

Our firm's 
real estate philosophy is generally guided by the fundamental premise that free cash flow, not "trophy status" or fashion, ultimately determines the value of an asset to us. 

At EuroAtlantic, we believe that rigorous due diligence, the use of conservative assumptions in projecting cash flows, and careful assessment of possible downside scenarios are the best methods for consistently achieving its objectives. In evaluating any investment opportunity, one of EuroAtlantic's primary considerations is the potential exit strategy. 

Recognizing the importance of aligning the firm's interests with those of its investment partners, EuroAtlantic and its employees have to date invested their own capital in all projects, reflecting our firm's substantial commitment to  target investments. We have developed a strong network of domestic and international relationships with leading financial institutions, operating partners, senior business executives and government officials. This network has allowed us to access key information and deal execution resources at critical points in the investment process. EuroAtlantic also draws on the members of its Advisory Board, comprised of very senior, well-connected executives from the corporate, financial and government areas.

In 2013, EuroAtlantic AG has been appointed investment and asset manager to specialized investment vehicles of a Luxemburg based Global Family Office specializing in hospitality and retail assets.
